Wolf River Home Inspection offers first-rate home inspection services to the home-buyers and sellers of Northeast Wisconsin. Buyer’s Inspection
For aspiring home-buyers, we’re excited to offer this comprehensive home inspection service. As soon as we arrive at the property, we’ll begin going down our checklist, investigating the condition of most visible and readily accessible components both inside and along the exterior of the property. A full inspection report will typically be delivered within 24 to 48 hours of the completed inspection.
The inspection includes, but is not limited to, the following components:
- Roofing System
- Structure
- Foundation, Basement, & Crawl Space
- Exterior (doors, windows, cladding)
- Interior (doors, windows, floors, walls, ceilings, stairs)
- Plumbing System
- Electrical System
- HVAC System
Pre-Listing Inspection
This inspection service is for our clients who are preparing for the sale of a home. We should be contacted to schedule the home inspection before the listing for the property is created, allowing you time to arrange any repairs or improvements that you want to put into place based on the results of the inspection.
Even minor improvements can show the home in a better light to prospective buyers, and with a better understanding of the home’s overall condition, you’ll also be able to keep negotiations progressing smoothly by disclosing factual information about the property.
The same components from our Buyer’s Inspection will be evaluated for this inspection service.
Tools & Technology
A moisture meter and gas leak detector may be used during the inspection at no extra cost to check for concealed moisture damage and potential gas leaks that could pose a safety hazard to occupants.
